Using our extensive knowledge in the dry cleaning and laundry industry, we developed proprietary cleaning solutions and processes that are aggressive against the kinds of soil found in turnout gear, yet are gentle to the synthetic fibers and other components. Our methods do not in any way diminish the fire retardant capabilities of the fabric. Our process is also effective against bloodborn pathogens as well as most haz-mat decontamination problems.
INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDER
Due to our high level of expertise, backed up by our quality control measures and dedicated service, ETL Testing Laboratories, Inc. designated us as a “Verified ISP”. We are not only cleaning experts, we are repair experts as well. All of our materials are NFPA approved. We use only CRAQ-SPUN® Nomex, Tex 70 threads with 7.5 lbs. breaking strength. Our lockstitch count conforms to NFPA standards. With many specialized machines designed just for renovating turnout gear we can repair or replace all the components on the gear such as the leather or Arashield pads, hooks and dees, snaps, water wells, reflective trim, zippers, etc. We mend holes, make major repairs and alterations, attach pockets and name patches and apply water repellent.

Our personnel have received repair training from all the major manufacturers of turnout gear. We are a recognized repair center for all the manufacturers.
